All bookings will incur a full charter charge if cancelled with less than 7 days notice (unless rebooked with Cayman Yacht Charters). The charge will be made to the creditcard held on file. If we manage to rebook the charter with another client, you will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made with more than 7 days notice will receive a full refund.
Any private charters cancelled by Cayman Yacht Charters due to adverse weather, or for other reasons, will be refunded in full.
If, for any reason, you do not show up for your charter, the charter will be charged in full, along with the cost of any meals or provisioning carried out on your behalf.
All bookings and cancellations are to be confirmed via email.
DEPOSITS
Sailing Catamaran charters require a USD 500 deposit to make the charter reservation.
Smaller charter boats can be reserved by providing credit card details.
In all cases, the balance is to be paid in full to the captain on the day of the charter. Cash & all major credit cards accepted.
